Booking cancellations or Any changes


A booking of transfer can be cancelled or changed before 4 hours of ur actual pickup time. To cancel or change any bookings, you must contact our customer support team. You do not cancel or change booking with our drivers.

 

Refunds


Refunds will be issued on the following conditions: All pre- paid bookings booked with a UPI or other, cancellation must be notified 4 hours prior to the actual pick up time. If the passenger missed the flight, the passenger must inform Lotus Cab Service immediately by phone, email or sms and obtain a cancellation for cab from Lotus Cab Service.

if you cancel the booking before 4 hours of your actual pickup time then there is no charge will be taken

if you cancel the booking after 4 hours of your actual pickup time then the actual amount of cancellation will be charged & remaining amount will be refunded.

 

Routes


The driver will take the route to a destination by considering the following facts: the traffic, time, road closures, diversions.

Prices are quoted to drive through a most economical route. If the passenger nominate a route to their preference, passenger will be liable to pay the extra charges such as fuel, toll, waiting and other charges.
